Saint John Ultimate Frisbee has a co-ed competitive team called SCUM (Surf City Ultimate Machine). Coached by Scott Underwood, SCUM travels to approximately 10 tournaments a year within Atlantic Canada, Quebec and northern US. SCUM team members have also travelled the world playing in tournaments representing Canada in Ultimate, including the World Beach Ultimate Championships in Portugal 2004, Canadian Nationals in Winnipeg 2005, Paganello Beach Tournament 2006, and Canadian Nationals in Halifax 2006. SCUM team members are chosen from the league based on their commitment, effort, spirit and skill. Checkout the list of tournaments available this year below. If you would like to join us for a tournament, register for the tournaments you want to attend on the details page for each tournament, and come to the development program practices. SCTV In 2004, Saint John Ultimate Frisbee hosted it's first tournament, SCTV-1. SCTV-1 was attended by teams from Fredericton, Moncton, Halifax, Charlottetown and two teams from Saint John.
